This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated, You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Website and mobile application. We may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny your access to the Website and Such termination will be without any liability to us. Any such termination of these Terms and Conditions shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website and mobile application or affect any liability that may have arisen under these Terms and Conditions.

Your continued use of the Software Applications or the Support following any revision to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes.

Customers Content

When you upload any Content " photos or data " to the application you also authorize us under your copyrights to store these content in order to use it with our clubs, also we have the right to use these content for any other purposes related to the services of the application. In other words, Equina is entitled to take appropriate measures to pursue the rights granted to us hereunder.

Clubs transactions

Any transaction "reservations-hiring-memberships,,etc" takes place by the club on the stripe through Equina's payment gateway, a 6% fixed percentage of this transaction will go to Equina and will be deducted automatically when the transaction is done.
